Homeroom Mascots

When I was a seventh grader at Peterson, one of the first things we did at the start of the school year was to pick our homeroom mascot. In my year we had the Roadrunners, M&Mz, Glowing Griffins, and the Royal Renegades. These identities followed us through the year and were used to form a sense of community and competition between classrooms. They were even printed onto our end of year t-shirts! Starting in the 2017-2018 school year, the entire middle school picked up the tradition and it has continued to today. What were your middle school mascots while at Peterson?
